We work with Bpost, Mondial Relay, and Post Luxembourg to ship our orders. ChristalLK cannot be held responsible for orders lost at Bpost or other suppliers. ChristalLK guarantees fast shipping, so delivery in Belgium can be guaranteed within 2-3 business days. You must ensure that the product is returned in its original condition without damage to the yarn, packaging, or the corresponding packaging.
