Pullpy Socks<\/strong> are toe up socks. They also revisit the concept of socks by giving them an original touch with the contrasting heels and stranded colorwork stripes on the leg.<\/p>\n

Yarn<\/h3>\n

You need sock yarn to knit these socks.<\/p>\n

I used Malabrigo Yarn Sock to make the first prototypes and my sample knitter used WYS Signature (75 % wool including 35% BFL, 25% nylon) 400 m \/ 100 g in three colors
\nCC1: Nutmeg color approximately 52 (56, 61)(69, 78) m
\nCC2: Blueberry Bonbon color approximately 90 (105, 120)(165, 255) m
\nCC3: Milk Bottle color approximately 100 (115, 130)(175, 235) m<\/p>\n

Gauge<\/h3>\n

30m. \/ 40 rounds in stockinette stitch in the round<\/p>\n

Notions<\/h3>\n

1 short 2.5 mm circ. needle, 30 cm long or 5 double-pointed needles, 2.5 mm
\n1 short circ. needle 2.75 mm, 30 cm long or 5 double-pointed needles 2.75 mm
\nA third needle of the same caliber for grafting

Construction<\/h3>\n

The socks in this collection are all toe up constructed.
\nThe heel is added later once the leg is finished (afterthought heel).
\nTo best choose your sock, select according to the circumference of the sole of your foot.
\nThe length of the foot is totally adaptable.
\nSocks are worn with a negative ease of 1.5 to 2.5 cm.<\/p>\n
