The Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, offers, and agreements entered into with ChristalLK. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to and subscribe to these terms and conditions.
Products
ChristalLK strives to display the products it offers as accurately as possible. Consequently, it cannot be held liable if, due to a technical configuration or a possible error, the on-screen display may differ slightly from reality. For example, colors may sometimes be displayed differently depending on screen settings.
Price
Our prices are always in euros and exclude VAT, which is added after validation of the shopping cart, and shipping costs. If, due to an error, the website indicates a price that cannot reasonably be correct, ChristalLK reserves the right to modify the order (in consultation with the Customer) or cancel it.
Ordered PDF files are automatically sent by email upon payment, so there are no shipping costs. Files will be sent exclusively in PDF format.

After purchase, you will automatically receive an email containing a link, valid for 30 days, to download the ordered files.
PDF patterns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Since these items are digital, they cannot be returned. If you have any questions, you can contact us at contact@www.christallk.com.
Payment is only possible by card, bank transfer, or PayPal. In any case, the goods will only be shipped or downloaded after the funds have been received in the company's bank account.
Delivery
We work with Bpost, Mondial Relay, and Post Luxembourg to ship our orders. ChristalLK cannot be held responsible for orders lost at Bpost or other suppliers. However, we will work with the customer and Bpost, Mondial Relay, or Post Luxembourg to find an acceptable solution. We will also take all possible preventative measures to avoid this.
ChristalLK guarantees fast shipping, so delivery in Belgium can be guaranteed within 2-3 business days. However, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as a shipping service strike, the influence of a natural phenomenon (storm), or a disaster, ChristalLK cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. ChristalLK cannot be held responsible for incorrect or delayed deliveries if the contact details were provided incorrectly or incompletely.
In case of possible delay in shipping due to public holidays or closures, this will be clearly indicated on the site.
In the event of a delay due, for example, to stock shortages, the Customer will be notified immediately and a solution will be developed in consultation or the Customer may decide to cancel the order.
Returns
ChristalLK strives to offer high-quality products at a reasonable price and will do everything in its power to provide the Customer with excellent service. If, despite this care, an order does not meet the expected quality, the Customer may return the shipment (in whole or in part) within 8 days of receipt. Upon your return, please contact our customer service via the contact form on the website or via the email address contact@www.christallk.com
You must ensure that the product is returned in its original condition without damage to the yarn, packaging, or the corresponding packaging. ChristalLK will inspect the products and may always reject a product if it is not received in good condition (for example, if the yarn has been unwound or used).
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Promotional items, downloadable prints and PDFs (due to copyright) or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
In accordance with current regulations, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of his Order to exercise his right of withdrawal from the seller. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the Customer, with the exception of return costs, within 14 days from the exercise of this right of withdrawal.
The Provider will not refund downloadable products if the Customer has downloaded them at least once.
Responsibility
ChristalLK is not liable for any damages that may be incurred. ChristalLK is not liable for damages incurred during the implementation of third-party agreements. ChristalLK is not liable for damages caused by (incorrect) use of the products.
In the event of a dispute, the Courts of Liège shall have sole jurisdiction.
Confidentiality
The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, as this information is essential for the proper processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts.
All information collected by the service provider from the customer will be kept confidential by the seller. The service provider undertakes not to share this information with any third party.
